Ingredients:
Koko
Vai
Suka
Alaisa
Pe’e pe’e
Equipment:
Pot/Ulo
Knife/Naifi
Spoon/Sipuni
Cup/Ipu
Oven/Ogaumn
Method:
Wash the alisa 3 times
Add vai to the rice ( ¾ of the pot )
Let it boil
Add ½ koko to the pot
Let it boil
Add suka and pe’e pe’e
Let it boil for 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy.
Today we made koko alaisa with Mrs Faalili.
